Switch website to previous version

    Hello, I need help with returning my website back to previous state. I downloaded the backup already but it doesn’t let me restore it.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    Seeing how you have just re-purchased plan Business, you shouldn’t need to upload the backup. You will instead go to Jetpack > Backup (or Activity log), as explained here:

    You can choose which point in time you’d like to restore your site to, and click on the Restore button. I hope that helps!
