Switch wordpress.com subscribers to a different program
-
I use wordpress.org for my website but also have a wordpress.com account. Every time someone else that has a wordpress.com account they are able to follow my blog through wordpress. Which means, they don’t get my newsletters or anything. Is there any way to swtich thme to mailerlite, which is what I use? I want to get rid of my wordpress.com account all together but I don’t want to lose these subscribers.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Someone with wordpress.com who follow your blog still get email notification, except it’s by wordpress.com and you can’t do anything regarding the design and content.
You can switch to other newsletter service but you can’t migrate those followers you already had.

That really sucks. So if I disable my WordPress.com account I would lose those subscribers as well?
I really hate the email that WordPress sends out. It seems so unprofessional.

Right but the people that are subscribed through WordPress.com don’t have email addresses for me to move them over.
So I’m afraid that when I delete WordPress.com it’ll remove those subscribers completely
