Switched computers, can see my website now but ‘edit’ button is gone
-
I built a website named Pompeyrodandgun.com and it worked great for a couple years. I would update it a few times a week by just going to the site, finding the ‘edit’ button’ at the bottom of the page I wanted to change, and type in my changes, then hit ‘update’. The computer I was using is now gone and it apparently had stored some log-in credentials on it which I don’t have now. I can log into WordPress but then I don’t see my website anyplace, just a bunch of statistics pages which are empty. Any help much appreciated!

Hi,
If find one post in that site’s blog page, here:https://pompeyrodandgun.com/2018/08/14/the-journey-begins/. However, the author of the post is username pompeyrodandgun. This suggests that the site owner is probably also pompeyrodandgun, not ljbrennan007.
So if that’s your site, then it’s evidently in another account. Each WordPress.com account has a unique username and a unique account email address.

This always indicates that you’re not logged into the account that the website is in.
