Howdy jenniferkelly5!
Looking at your site dontcallmesupermom.com, the name servers still point to HostGator, are you looking to moving your site to WordPRess.com this guide would be helpful Move to WPCOMAlso when you log in, to access your dashboard, on the top left hand next to reader you will see “My Sites” which would give you access to your Dashboard.
Hope this helps, let us know how it goes, we would be happy to assist you ahead..!

Hi jenniferkelly5,

Which domain are you referring to? If you let me know, I’ll take a look at what is happening.
Thanks!

Howdy jenniferkelly5!
So you need to log into the correct username, @gemmacevans will confirm you the username again and you can use the guidelines below to access your account. Also when you log in, to access your dashboard, on the top left hand next to reader you will see “My Sites” which would give you access to your Dashboard.
Also, you can use amotherofalltrades.com/wp-admin to access the old dashboard.
Hope this helps, let us know for any further assistance..! -
When I try to log in with the wp-admin it says that the user deleted the account. I did not do this. It is completely backwards

Hi jenniferkelly5,
is not my domain or site I don’t even know how that got under my name.
I can remove the connection to dontcallmesupermom.com from your WordPress.com account, are you happy for me to do so?
My site is amotherofalltrades.com
You were using amotherofalltrades.com as the custom domain for amotherofalltrades.wordpress.com — it was deleted and is no longer active.
amotherofalltrades.com was registered through WordPress.com and then transferred to FastDomain. The domain can be pointed to your Bluehost site by updating the name servers in your FastDomain account.

Yes please remove it. Thank you so much. When I try to login thru the wp admin however it says amotherofalltrades.com is a deleted site.

Hi jenniferkelly5,
Yes please remove it.
Thanks, I’ve removed the connection for you.
When I try to login thru the wp admin however it says amotherofalltrades.com is a deleted site.
The domain is still pointing to a deleted WordPress.com site. You need to login to your FastDomain account and update the name servers to point to your new site. If that is hosted by Bluehost, they should be able to provide you with the name servers. That should do the trick :)
