Switched hosting providers – WP can't access my site
-
I switched my hosting from GoDaddy to GreenGeeks. I had an established wordpress.com website with a WP template. I assume my GoDaddy hosting pointed to WordPress, but I can’t find record of that.
Now, I cannot access my website: mojocollaborative.com, and I can’t figure out why. The domain was registered with GoDaddy as well and the domain name transfer is still pending to GreenGeeks b/c of a slew of errors – not sure if this is impacting the site access.
Were my files lost? Should I cancel the domain name transfer and try to re-establish everything at GoDaddy? I let the hosting at GoDaddy expire due to the transfer – is it possible that I lost all of my files with that action?
My wordpress account still lists mojocollaborative.com, but it cannot access it, and it does not locate the domain in order for me to link to it.
