Switched location from sub directory – not quite working

  I just switched the url to go from the root into a subdirectory (/store/) http://bit.ly/iFXGB5 It works for the most part, posts etc. But when I click on something like ‘shopping cart’ or ‘my account’ it gives me a directory listing “Index of /store”
  I’ve done this with plenty of blogs before with no problems. Did I miss something this time?
