Switched my theme, lost my ads?

  Hi! I had a friend switch up my theme and in the process, she said she had lost my ads during the switch. I am receiving the Optimized WordAds through you guys and have been since May 2012. Is there a way I can easily get them configured back onto my site? Thank you!
