how to customize,the featured content of the posts
Featured content is controlled by a tag. You can decide which tag using the settings in Appearance > Customize > Featured Content.
There are more details about how Twenty Fourteen works at http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/twentyfourteen/ if you’d like to look through the documentation there.

how to have my widget aerea on the right
That’s actually a tall order! :)
Here’s what I came up with:
@media screen and (min-width: 1260px) { .site:before { display: none; } .site:after { background-color: #000; content: ""; display: block; height: 100%; min-height: 100%; position: absolute; top: 0; right: 0; width: 222px; z-index: 2; } .content-area, .search-box-wrapper, .featured-content { padding-left: 0; width: 1038px; } #secondary { float: right; z-index: 3; } .content-sidebar { float: left; } .site-content, .site-main .widecolumn, .hentry { margin-left: 0; } .secondary-navigation ul li:hover > ul, .secondary-navigation ul li.focus > ul { left: -242px; } .secondary-navigation .menu-item-has-children > a { padding-right: 0; padding-left: 32px; } .secondary-navigation .menu-item-has-children > a:after { display: none; } .secondary-navigation .menu-item-has-children > a:before { -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; content: "f503"; display: inline-block; font: normal 8px/1 Genericons; position: absolute; left: 18px; top: 14px; vertical-align: text-bottom; } }The media rule limits the change to browser display widths of 1280px and higher. If you took that out, you’d be messing with the responsive styles too much.
I tested against http://twentyfourteendemo.wordpress.com/ which has a background color of black (#000) for the skinny sidebar. If you’re using custom colors, you’ll want to change #000 to match your custom sidebar color.
This is a very advanced CSS change. You should test it out a lot before deciding whether you want to stick with it.

You know, that last example assumed you wanted the skinny black menu shown in the demo moved to the right, but Twenty Fourteen has more than one sidebar so I probably should have asked which one you meant. :)

I was still working on your 2nd question when you posted this. By the time I checked http://ilmondodicate.wordpress.com/ again, it had been changed back to Twenty Fourteen already.
Regarding the menu, it sounds like you probably just needed to go to Appearance > Menus and make sure the correct menu was set after you switched to another theme.

I checked http://ilmondodicate.wordpress.com/ just now and the menu is working for me.
I’d be happy to take a closer look. Can you please tell me the exact steps you are taking before the menu stops working? Also, tell me exactly what you’re clicking on so I can try the same link. I need to be able to see the problem in action, but everything at http://ilmondodicate.wordpress.com/ is working properly for me right now.

One last thing,how to move,the widget aerea,on the right?
Yes, I answered that earlier. Because of the way Twenty Fourteen is designed, it’s not a super easy thing to do. You can try out the solution I posted earlier today though. I think it should work! To do it, copy the CSS example from here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/switched-theme?replies=9#post-1615987 into the Appearance > Customize > CSS editor in your blog dashboard.
In the example, replace #000 with #EAC6E4 to match the current sidebar color at http://ilmondodicate.wordpress.com/ and save changes.
