Switched theme by accident and lost data

  Hi I switched a theme yesterday for cannabisthrives and lost my blog posts. I have a backup from last month and was wondering if that saved the blog posts as well? Is there anything I can do

  You could also ask your host if they have a backup. OR, just try disabling the theme manually. WordPress.org’s support site will help you with that!
