Switched theme, now homepage 404s when navigating away and then back to it

  Hello,

  I just updated my WordPress theme and now my homepage is 404ing when I navigate away from it and then click back. It appears initially, but if I click another page (like ‘Projects,’ for example) and then click home again in the nav, I get the 404 page. Can you help me figure out why this is happening and how to easily fix it? It was fine before I changed the theme.

  Hi there,

  The Home item in the top menu (or nav as you call it) points to https://jenellwrites.wordpress.com/jenellbakey, and instead it should point to https://jenellwrites.wordpress.com/

  So that’s without the “/jenellbakey” from the end of the URL.

  Please let us know if this helps or if you need further assistance in order to change that link.
