Switched to new host, same theme, can't get new items out of theme??

    Today I switched to a new host (Bluehost) and got my site transferred and up and running, used the same theme (Greyzed), but now there are a whole bunch of things in it I don’t want there and can’t get rid of them.

    Unwanted on page:

    Sample Page (top header)

    Search This Site (sidebar)
    Popular Tags (sidebar)
    Post Archives (sidebar)

    Social Connections (bottom)
    Blog Roll (bottom)
    Recent Comments (bottom)

    How do I get rid of these!!!

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
