Switched to SquareSpace and now can’t find site to look at old information

We recently switched to WordPress and I logged in to my WordPress to look at the old site and make sure we have transferred all of the information, but now it says I have no site. Really frustrated, please help.

My current assumption is that you most likely transferred your website’s domain to the new server as well, which is most likely no issue and your data should be fine. If you don’t mind, might you let me know what server host you were using on the old website? General fix would be to log into your hosting account directly (not through your domain) and check if the WordPress files and database still exist; using something like Plesk or cPanel or your host’s file manager. When you pointed your domain’s DNS to Squarespace, you simply told the domain to look somewhere else. The old site still sits on your server, you just can’t reach it via the domain name anymore. You can usually access it through a temporary URL your host provides, or by your server’s IP address.
