Switching a Purchased Theme Between My Sites?

  I have purchased a theme (Zuki) under one of my websites, but decided to change the name of the website I wish to use- so i started a new site with a new name and have purchased a domain for it. I want to use the Zuki theme still but on the new domain- Is there a way I can transfer the theme to this domain? Or do I have to purchase the Zuki theme all over again??
