  I want to create a new username and transfer a domain to that new username.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Right, I saw that but I can’t add the user since it doesn’t exisit. When I try to create a new user, it’s asking me to create a whole new website, which I don’t want to do.

  You should be able to create a user without creating a blog. Just log out of your current account and create the new account here:
