Switching Administrative Login

I will be leaving my current job soon, therefore my email will no longer be a real email address. How do I go about switching the user name and password to another person?

Great question! It is always best to take care of this before an email is inactivated, etc…
You can transfer ownership of the domain over to another co worker, or whoever will be managing the site. They need to create a user account at WordPress.com, then follow the Transfer Site instructions.
