Switching back to Classic Editor
-
Hello!
Could someone please help me switching back to classic editor?
The new block editor is so frustrating. It really takes too much time to edit and post on website. the classic editor is no longer accessible on WP admin dashboard, and I can’t find any option to “Switch to Classic Editor”.The new block editor is not user-friendly at all. Maybe this new editor benefits some professional bloggers, but definitely not me.
So I’d really appreciate it if someone could help me switching back to classic editor.
Thank you!

You can still switch to the classic editor when writing/editing posts/pages in your site’s Dashboard: https://wordpress.com/support/dashboard/
With that said, we do recommend the new editor though, and we have tips for transitioning from the classic editor to blocks https://wordpress.com/support/switching-from-the-classic-to-the-block-editor/ and FAQs: https://wordpress.com/support/replacing-the-older-wordpress-com-editor-with-the-wordpress-block-editor/#frequently-asked-questions
And, if you really want to use something like the classic editor, we recommend sticking with the classic block: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/classic-block/
We also have some extensive documentation available at https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/

Thank You!
I found a way in the site’s dashboard for using the classic editor. but please, don’t take the classic editor away from all users.
Unfortunately, the new classic block is not helpful for me. it’s just like the block editor. Working with the block editor takes too much time for searching everything, from “selecting colour” to “more” option.
Uploading pictures takes time. Selecting all blocks at once seams impossible. Imagine if an artice has for example 50 paragraphs, I must take too much time editing all the paraghraphs just One By One!
Sorry, but the new block editor is not for me, and I think I’m not the only one who has some difficulties with the new editor.
Please, don’t take away the former editor from us.
Thank You!
