Switching between domain purchased(ex.whatever.com) to default wordpress name

Hello everyone,
I am planning to purchase a domain for my blog(www.ngospeaks.wordpress.com) . I wanted to ask is it possible to switch between the two domain( ex. whatever.com) to say whatever.wordpress.com anytime we want, i.e. setting each of these as primary domain if in case we want to do that.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes, it’s possible to switch between the two anytime, in your dashboard, under Store > Domains.
