Switching billing info from one user account to another

Need help switching billing info from a previous user to current user on our domain. The person that is currently being billed no longer has an account, which further complicates updating the billing information. Please advise.

Have you tried recovering the old account? It is possible to completely change the account information on your account, essentially changing it over to a new user.
If you have the Username and Email Address you can recover the account with this link:
https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpasswordIf you do not have access to the email associated with the account, you can try the following Account Recovery Form:

You will still need to provide proof of ownership:- Do you have a transaction ID?
- Do you have an activation URL or key?
- Do you have two factor authentication codes

@droucoux, @tryptc is correct; we’ll need to help you regain access to the account, then we can sort things out from there.
If you have a transaction ID, that will work well. Don’t provide it here, though. Let us know if you have it and we’ll email you privately.
