Switching Domain Names

  I upgraded the domain name of my blog to get rid of the ‘wordpress’ in the blog address. However, the address I’m using for the blog is one that I’d like to use for an online store and I’d like to transfer my blog address to something “blog.address.com.” I’m not sure if I can do that now – does anyone know if I can and also, how I’d go about doing that to free up the address again?
