Switching domain names

    I have two free wordpress domains and I’d like to switch the content of the pages without having to delete/redo anything. To be more clear, I want everything from abc123.wordpress.com to be on xyz456.wordpress.com and vice versa. Or just to switch the domain names. Any way to do this?
