Switching domains

    I bought a domain but it was assigned to my old wordpress blog. I want to switch to my new one but when I try to map this domain to the new blog i get the message ‘this domain is already mapped to a WordPress.com site’ …. I already unmapped this domain from the old site but im still getting this message. Does someone know how I can use this purchased domain for the new site?

    Hi there, @karakoramcap!

    I think you are referring to the domain karakoramcap.com. Is that right?

    If so, can you please confirm that you wish to move both the domain karakoramcap.com and the Premium plan on the old site to the site karakoramcap.wordpress.com instead? The Premium plan is needed to replace karakoramcap.wordpress.com with karakoramcap.com.

    Once you confirm, I will move both the Premium plan and the domain karakoramcap.com to your site karakoramcap.wordpress.com for you.
