Switching Domains between two wordpress.com blogs

I screwed up…I have two sites with wordpress.com., each with a different domain name, (one is purchased through wordpress.com., and the other was a mapped upgrade). The domain names are:(1) cocodegadesign.com and (2) cocodega.com. Under “Manage your Domains”, only ONE domain will show up, unless I go to the other site and only ONE shows up there. However, I NEED TO SWITCH THEM! Do I purchase the “domain mapping upgrade” for each one, OR do I purchase the “Site Redirect”? Also, whichever I purchase, can I do them both at the same time? I asked the “support” link on the daomain page about four days ago, but I think I have been completely spoiled by the speed and genius of the CSS happiness engineers. I am now completely overwhelmed……thank you!

You do need to have help from the support team to ask for a switch. Make sure you’ve included clear instructions for which custom domain should go with which WordPress.com blog (although it sounds pretty straightforward to me). Hang tight and you’ll get a reply!

O…Thank you! I really appreciate the answer. Just knowing that this is something the support team does on their end, and not something I should be able to figure out from the literature, makes a world of difference. THAT, (waiting for a response) I CAN do, now! THANK YOU AGAIN for DE-stressing me…as always, you guys are great!

With 408,267 bloggers to care for…..I’ll bet it does! I just really appreciated knowing that it was an issue that I just couldn’t fix on my own (very new at this)….and I would get help. Just GREAT timing and luck….Again, I am in awe of the service at wordpress!! Thank you…!
