Switching domains from WordPress to Squarespace Help!!!!!!!

  I have been attempting (for 5 days now) to redirect my domain name FROM WordPress TO Squarespace. I have followed every direction exactly, with no results. I have been sent to the same generic pages again and again telling me how to map my domain under the Upgrades—>Domains page. I have expressed my concern and frustration to the “Happiness Engineer” and asked for more assistance.

  IS IT POSSIBLE THAT ONE OF THE “HAPPINESS ENGINEERS” could map the domain for me?

  I would love to work with someone over the phone, but I see that that isn’t an option…I would greatly appreciate some help.

  I’m having the exact same problem. I’ve called the only customer support number I could find but unfortunately, wordpress uses a third party who is unable to assist.

  Has anyone been able to help you out yet?

  When you say “I have done everything” could you please point us to the specific instructions you’ve been following? Exactly how have you set the nameservers, for instance?

  The nameservers control where traffic for the domain goes using DNS. If you are moving from WordPress.com you can enter the nameservers provided by your web hosting company to switch your domain to their hosting service.

  Hi there. I’d be glad to help you with this. Since Squarespace doesn’t provide name servers like most other web hosts, their DNS setup is a bit complicated, so we usually need to assist folks with the setup process.
