Switching email and website to WordPress

So the original site is on go daddy. How exactly, step by step do I convert that properly into the zip needed for word press. I was given a link before, but still highly confused.
Also can I keep this domain name? Or have a website on word press while paying go daddy for the domain?

Did you perhaps want to migrate a different site over to our hosting? Our team previously sent you more info via about a migration for https://gracenotesingers.net/. Is this the same site you’d like to move over from GoDaddy?
