switching follower to my new site

  Hello. I was getting over 400 follower on my wovenvideos.com site. Now I have changed my site to wovenmultimedia.com. Is there a way that I can let my followers know about my new site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  Since you have Jetpack enabled on your new site, you can actually transfer the followers from wovenvideos.com to wovenmultimedia.com if you’d like:

  http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/

  But it may be a good idea to also post on wovenvideos.com that you’re now active at wovenmultimedia.com instead.
