Switching from another host that uses the WP platform to the main wordpress site

I am currently hosting my wordpress account in Fatcow hosting, and I was wondering instead of renewing my hosting if my blog posts would transfer over to the wordpress website and I could just use my domain name to direct it to there instead. What’s the process of transferring my blog and is that possible?

You can move your content from your current web host to WordPress.com using the info in this support guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/view-all/
This support guide also has instructions at the end to help you map your domain to the WordPress.com site you are about to create.
