Switching From Chateau

  Hey WordPressers,
  Needed some help. I’m switching my blog theme from chateau because it is not responsive and does not display nicely. I wanted to know if there are any themes similar to chateau but that are responsive. I’ve spent the last hour going over themes and haven’t found one.

  Hi there, Chateau is a responsive theme that resizes automatically to fit smaller devices. Could you explain more what specific part of the display that isn’t working responsively?

  A screenshot and link to a specific post or page would be most helpful for troubleshooting.

  Let me know:

  – what type of device you’re using (i.e. iPhone 5s)
  – what OS (i.e. iOS 8.1)
  – what browser (i.e. Safari)

  Hey,

  On all sorts of ipads, my side widgets aren’t showing up properly. Instead they show up at the bottom of the blog page.

  That’s correct – the iPad layout places widgets at the bottom of the page for better readability. In responsive themes, the layout may shift so the page is easier to read and navigate on smaller devices. Often, widgets are removed or moved, as they are in Chateau.
