Switching from free to personal plan

  I am planning to upgrade my existent WordPress account to personal plan, will that automatically transfer my followers and posts to new domain?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, that will automatically be done. You need not to worry about adding custom domain all the post and links will be redirected to the custom domain when they hit your site URL.
