Switching from self hosted back to wordpress

  I recently decided to not have a self hosted site. I started on wordpress.com and then went to wordpress.org. I would like to go back to wordpress.com. How do I convert my blog back.?

  I should add that I discontinued service with justhost and now my site is temporarily unavailable. I would like to get everything functioning again.

  Recap:

  started with wordpress.com (www.truthseeker411.wordpress.com)
  last year went to self hosting through justhost and used wordpress.org (www.truthseeker411.com)
  Now I want to go back to wordpress.com

  How do I convert back and get my site to working again?
