Switching from self-hosted to wordpress.com upgraded version

  Hi,
  How can I switch my website to wordpress.com’s upgraded options? I want my website’s URL to remain the same though. For eg. it is thedawnpours.com (self-hosted currently). I want to switch it to wordpress.com once my yearly subscription is done.

  Also is there chat support on wordpress.org? I’m not able to get my queries solved.
