Switching from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

Hi! I need help switching from wordpress.com to wordpress.org, realizing the limitations I have with .com. I really hope somebody can be able to help me :(. I have a lot of media and since I reached my limit of 3GB, I have to upgrade. But then after doing a lot of research, I found out .org can solve my problem. I wish I started with .org in the beginning. Now I want to transfer the entire wordpress.com to .org, is that possible? Like including my subscribers and stats? I just don’t want to lose all the hard work. I downloaded Jetpack already. I’m trying to import using the .xml files but I think not everything is imported and I feel like I’m doing something wrong. Sorry, I just suck with this stuff. Thank you. TvT
