switching from WordPress.org to WordPress.com

  I’d like to safely transfer my blog from WordPress.org to WordPress.com. I already own a domain name, but it’s new and can’t be transferred until the end of November. I’d like to do this all now, but I’m worried that I’ll mess something up.
