switching from wordpress to mobile me

I currently have the domain http://mrallrich.com hosted through wordpress that points to the mrallrich.wordpress.com. However, wordpress.com is blocked by the NYC department of education and my students cannot access it in school. I have recently set up a blog using iWeb and I want http://mrallrich.com to point to http://web.me.com/ionca/Site/Welcome.html instead.
I tried to follow the online instructions, but I got to a page where I needed to enter a PIN number that I selected. I never found a customer service number. How can I switch this easily and with as little pain as possible.
(I’m not completely clueless when it comes to computers, but I’m no expert by any means)

There’s really no way to redirect your domain to a specific page.
You might contact your new host to see if you can point the domain to their name servers, and make the changes here by following this guide:

all I need to know is HOW do I point the domain of http://mrallrich.com away from http://mrallrich.wordpress.com and point it TO: http://web.me.com/ionca???
When I followed the instructions in that link, I was brought to a page that asked me for a PIN number that I never selected in the first place over the phone.
Please advise.

The CNAME record described can be added via your Custom DNS panel: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/custom-dns/
Also, are you aware that your space on me.com will be discontinued on June 30?
