switching my current Weebly site to WordPress

  I will not share my SS# with Square so have to change the website. I am wondering if WordPress is a good choice to continue having the resource 20 page website I have created. Please help. I cannot purchase a plan. I am unable to find out the perimeters for the free WordPress sites. Thank you
