Add topic to favorites
Hello! I currently manage 2 WordPress websites – one is premium, one is not. I was wondering if there was a way to switch my Premium status and benefits to the other site?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

pitch101 – I can definitely help you out with this. However, there are no active upgrades on the account that you’ve contacted us from. Can you share the site URL that is using your Premium credit? I’ should be able to look it up that way.

The other website has the log in: bwilliamson2857. The URL is not longer valid – it used to be http://www.pitch101.ca, however that now redirects to the new website (the one that I am trying to update).

pitch101 – Can you sign in with the other username and post here for me? I am not able to find any usernames on WordPress.com with bwilliamson2857.

Liz – sorry for the delay with this. I have been trying to log in to my previous account but seem to have the wrong username, like you said. I am tracking it down to see if I can find the proper one.
Meanwhile, the website used to be under the domain http://www.pitch101.ca, however now that domain redirects to http://www.pitch101.wordpress.com.

pitch101.ca has never been used with WordPress.com. It looks to be registered and hosted through GoDaddy.
