Switching my site from WordPress.org to WordPress.com — Expert Help

  I would like to switch my site from WordPress.org (with Blue Host) to WordPress.com. I would like to keep the same domain name, ensure I choose the correct amount of storage space (I do not know how much I am currently using) and not lose any of my contact or images in the transfer process. I realize that there are many tutorials on how to do this but would prefer to have this transfer done by a WordPress Expert. Is this an option?

  My apologies, the site that I need help with is: http://www.retirementreflections.com (not parksville newcomers club).

  I would like to transfer from Self-hosted WP.com to WP.org.

  I would prefer the Personal Package (as I do not monetize my site or use videos) but I do want to ensure that the Personal Package is enough storage space for my site (I do not know how to check that).

  I would like to have this transfer done by a WP expert (not DIY). Can this be done by
  Guided Transfer? Or do you have other recommendations?

  I greatly appreciate your help.
