Switching my value bundle $$ from WordPress.com to wordpress.org

Because I didn’t know there was a difference, I registered BOTH with WordPress.org AND wordpress.com. I even paid for the premium Bundle on WordPress.com. I do pay for a website host already, so that won’t be a problem. Can I switch the money I paid to .com to .org so I will be able to use a 3rd party theme?

It’s not possible to transfer a Value Bundle from WordPress.com to WordPress.org because they’re two separate entities:

I have tried to set up a WordPress.org site 3 times. Each time, I can’t set up a login because while they SAY they are going to email me with a temporary password, I do not get any email (An email has been sent to the address we have on file for you. If you don’t get anything within a few minutes, or your email has changed, you may want to get in touch with us – pw-reset-2011 (at) this domain.)
I can’t get in touch with WP.org. How can I to let them know? I don’t know what they mean by “get in touch with us – pw-reset-2011” That just creates an eternal loop.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to see that information for you since we don’t have access on WordPress.com. Have you taken a look at this support document?
