  I began the import almost 2 days ago. I exported the xml file first. The message said to contact you if it had not received an email from you in 24 hours. Just following up.

  Hi there,
  I suggest you add the “modlook” tag to this thread so that staff can take a look into your issue and perhaps re-run the exporting job.
