Switching platforms

    Hello. Our business is presently using WooCommerce. We have been experiencing some glitches such as sale confirmation emails not being received by us and/or our supplier. He uses Shopify and has suggested that we switch over to that platform so we are operating within the same system. Our sales are processed by Payeezy. They have confirmed that Shopify is compatible with Payeezy.
    1. What is involved in switching over to Shopify?
    2. How would we do that?
    3. Can the encryption codes be moved over to Shopify from Woo Commerce?
    4. Would our website need to be rebuilt or could our webpages be transferred directly over?
    I understand this is awkward because I’m asking about moving to your competitor, but I’d really appreciate your help.
