switching post order. Help!

  I just started on wordpress, and I’ve posted two blogs. The one that I just wrote is listed below the one that I wrote before. How can I switch the post options so that the newest blog is always listed on the top of the page?

  First, check under options > general and make sure your time offset from GMT is set correctly for your timezone. Then open the post and change the timestamp to a date and time after the first post (bottom of blue bars at right of edit area) and resave the post.
