Switching site

    Hi, the other day I contacted someone about switching from the existing (never used) Cove Kitchen site, and starting up a Herbie’s Kitchen site. I was told there would be a credit and ok to go ahead with new site. However when I click on the ‘new site’ tab, I get a page which says ‘setting up Herbie’s Kitchen’ and it doesn’t change (have waited an hour). I haven’t gone through billing for Herbie’s Kitchen yet either and I wonder if it is in the system? thanks, Kate

    So you wanted your plan moved from covekitchen.wordpress.com to herbieskitchen.wordpress.com? From what I can see that has been completed already. I can see a Premium Plan, domain and G Suite account on the site, herbieskitchen.wordpress.com, and it’s loading correctly for me at https://herbieskitchen.com/ All that’s needed is to start adding content to the new site.

    If the site is not loading for you, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies.

    If I’m not correctly understanding what you’re trying to do, please let me know.
