Switching Site Admin

  My daughter, Janene M Jaynes is admin for WordPress site Fitness4Anybody.wordpress.com. She died 2 years as of tomorrow (January 15, 2019). I have been in contact with WordPress and twice have sent the documents required (death certificate, and verification of my identity). NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I want to continue her site in her remembrance. PLEASE what more can I do? Shirley W. Hopkins, experienced in website development, author, and health advocate.

  Hi Shirley,

  What WordPress.com account, or what email address, did you use to contact us about this previously? Then we can follow up on what happened to those requests.

  But the account you’re using to post here has never contacted us regarding this issue before – this forum thread is the first support request in your account’s support history.

  Please don’t use different accounts to submit the exact same support request. I see you also have a thread in https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/tired-of-writing-to-bots-and-nothing-happening/, with an account that does have prior support history with us, so I’ll follow up with you there.
