switching site admin
-
We are having an issue with the message ‘critical error on web site.’ The problem is we cannot get into the site as site adminstrator. This site belongs to North Central College’s student media. The site admin left the college and we need to remove her and give access to the current adviser (me) Is there a way we can do that so we can get our site up and running? If we can see the console log, our web person can probably fix it. But the console log is sent to the site administrator and since she no longer has access, we cannot fix the site. It is a paid site. Please advise.

I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your
ncclinked.comsite is not with WordPress.com managed hosting. As such, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.Instead, your host uses open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from what we offer here on WordPress.com.
The good news though is that help is available in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Otherwise, you may want to contact Bluehost for further support.
I hope that points you in the right direction.
