  Hello I was just inquiring when making a website that if you can switch from personal to premium through out the year?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can upgrade from one plan to another at any time, yes, and when you do you’ll receive an automatic discount on the new plan, based on the amount of time left over on your existing plan.
