Switching to a new host

    I got really frustrated with WordPress, lack of customer service, and not very user friendly. So I have switched to another host. I had chatted with WordPress about getting my domain name changed over. They told me they had pointed my domain name servers to the new company. At first things were acting a little funny so I thought if I deleted everything from WordPress it would make things better. (my website link was sometimes showing my new site and sometimes my old). However now it is just saying this domain is parked. And of course now I can not contact the company to try and fix this. Any tips? TIA

    Is this the domain in question https://takealittlepaws.com/ The nameservers are still pointed to WordPress.com. Where are they supposed to point to? It may not have been wise to delete your WordPress.com site. I have added the modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could assist you.

    Hi there,

    By deleting your WordPress.com site you also canceled your plan and your domain as well. I have already restored the domain back to your account and now it points correctly to your self-hosted site.
