I currently use ever web to create my nonprofit webpage, but I am looking for a program to use that will allow me to create forms (instead of using adobe JotForm and needing a subscription for it) and accepting payments (via square, PayPal, Venmo). I have a lot of photos from events also. Looking to get some input on what the best option for me might be, if there is a nonprofit discount, and if there is a way to try it out before purchasing a plan.

You’ll probably want to look at plan Business or eCommerce, here you can find more details about each of them:

https://en.support.wordpress.com/ecommerce-plan/On both plans, you’ll be able to install plugins, like WooCommerce that would allow you to sell items/services and accept payments via different payment gateways. Plan eCommerce comes with some WooCommerce extension already pre-installed so it’s a bundle deal :)
You can also have a look at plan Premium that would allow you to accept donations via PayPal and even create recurring payments:
