switching to wordpress

    we have already created a website using zoho which doesnt have the mutliple languages option so we want to switch. when i started the process i entered our website domain then it had indicated that i either transfer the domain or connect. which should i should? thx

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    Hi there,

    That’s really up to you – if you transfer the domain to us, you’ll pay us for both your domain and your site going forward. If you connect, you’ll continue paying Zoho for the domain, while you pay us for the site.

    Personally I think the first option is more convenient, but many people prefer to keep their domain and hosting separate.

    If you do decide you’d rather transfer, keep in mind that new domains cannot be transferred for 60 days after registration. So if you only recently bought the domain, you might not be able to transfer it yet. In that case you can connect it for now, and transfer it later once it becomes eligible. As long as you don’t register a different domain with us, the free domain transfer included in your plan will remain available.
