Sync my WordPress Site to my Home Site Blog

  Can I use the backup in sync the two blogs or is there a better way? I have downloaded the backup to my computer, can in then import it somehow to the WordPress site blog? Thanks, John

  I’ve been on it now and I can find *NOTHING* in this forum. Is it elsewhere? Just need it covered once.
