Sync WordPress post to my own web page

I’m using WordPress.com and would like to know how to generate the code needed to sync my post to my web page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Does your website have the ability to draw from an RSS feed?
If so, then this is the RSS feed URL for the wordpress.com blog for posts (entries) http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/feed/ and this is the RSS feed URL for your comments http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/comments/feed/
If your website is NOT equipped to draw from RSS feeds then do be aware we do not provide support for that. We support only wordpress.COM free hosted blogs here.
You will have to write something in PHP or javascript to do that. Here are a couple options:

If you intend to populate your website with the same content found on your wordpress.com blog then do be aware of the consequences of creating duplicate content. Both blogs can be penalized by Google. Why?
Because search engines aim to deliver the most fresh and relevant and unique content to those using search engines. People who are attempting to game search engine results and/or make money from advertising by creating duplicate content blogs are polluting the SERPs search engine page results. Depending on how your other web site is done you might have the option of Domain Mapping for a sub-domain so your blog looks like part of your other site.
If you don’t want to or can’t do the above My suggestion – would be to do some sort of RSS SUMMERY feed of your Posts – then visitors could click on the headline and visit your blog. A marine news site does that for my site – no duplicate content or copyright issues and if one of their visitors likes the headline they just click to my site. Clean and simple.

im also interested in doing this but i have a google site which i have created a blog page and want my blogs fro wordpress to auto appear on there aswell.
is this possible and if s how?
