Sync WordPress.com purchases with Woocommerce.com

Our Woocommerce purchases are showing up in WordPress.com under billing, but not in our linked Woocommerce.com account, and we need the subscription key. How can we sync these purchases/sites?

Looks like you’re referring to your subscriptions that you’ve acquired through WooCommerce and should be tied to your WooCommerce account here, correct?:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/orders/
If so and you’re seeing products only in your WordPress Dashboard (Woocommerce -> Extensions -> WooCommerce.com Subscriptions) than these subscriptions/products may not be showing up because you’re logged into the wrong WooCommerce account. Unfortunately, though, we wouldn’t be able to confirm that from our end.
And if you’ve already confirmed it’s the correct account and you’ve also tried reconnecting your account as per the guide here:

At that point, I would reach out to WooCommerce’s support to help from their end since they’ll be able to see what may be going on. You can do this from this section of your account with them:
